A library you can take with you.
Save an individual patent, choose publication numbers, filter the collection, or download the entire evidence library. Full and selected exports are included, with no per-patent export fee.
Large collections arrive in manageable ZIP parts, usually around 1 GiB each. Publication filenames, an offline index and SHA-256 checksums keep your sources organised and verifiable. Part 1 includes the report and structured evidence. Extract the parts into one folder to use the complete offline library.
Highlighted PDFs retain their embedded highlights. Untouched originals are also available. Native text, OCR and any remaining source gaps are identified; the download does not invent missing documents. An offline report copy links to local sources, and the HTML index provides a direct route when a PDF viewer handles local links differently.
Prepared download parts remain available for seven days. You can prepare fresh parts while your source access is active. That preparation window never limits files already saved to your device.

Patent-specific Q&A is available in your private Studio: ask about one publication, with answers connected to source passages and original pages. Comparisons are forthcoming. The service searches the full available text, including material beyond your report’s selected passages.

Larger libraries receive an agreed annual price. Your original quote shows the applicable renewal band and first renewal price, which we hold. The allowance counts your preserved evidence, not temporary processing files or duplicate working copies.
Renewal is a separate, optional one-year purchase. There is no automatic renewal, required subscription or automatic debit from research credits. Any later price change needs advance notice and a chance to export.
No abrupt ending.
- Before access ends. We send reminders 60, 30 and 7 days beforehand. Your workspace shows the actual dates and download options.
- A 30-day grace period. Continue opening and exporting your sources after the included hosting term ends.
- Recovery through day 90. Request restoration for a free export. Archived files may take time to retrieve; you do not need to buy a new report.
- After the recovery window. Sources become eligible for removal under our retention rules. Existing citations retain the publication reference and explain the access status. Recovery is no longer guaranteed.
The clock starts at delivery, when the agreed deliverables are available. We extend access for material service failures that prevent the promised access.
Private until you choose to share.
You may read, print and share the delivered report under your accepted terms. Source links in new orders start private. You can enable report-scoped source sharing in your workspace without sharing your account or granting bulk-export access. Downloaded copies cannot be remotely erased.
Preserve source attribution, copyright notices and any permissions attached to client-provided or third-party material. Existing correction, cancellation and refund rights remain intact.
Existing reports keep their terms.
This policy applies to new orders whose accepted quotes include it. We do not retroactively impose these expiry dates on accepted orders or published samples. Your workspace identifies the terms attached to your edition.
